Rubin‘s commitment to excellence and his passion for the industry is evidenced through his designing and creation of the menus which attracted new patrons and showed improvement in the restaurant’s rating.   Today, we join Rubin in a special prayer for his nephew, six year old Van Johnson who is undergoing cancer treatment in Houston.

You will have an opportunity to ask questions and make comments on issues you feel that impact young people today.
