Mr. Clarence P. Landry, Jr., President of His Sanctuary Ministries USA International, Inc. and the Sanctuary Community Development Corporation in Houston is the speaker for the Men's Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall of St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church, 204 Dooley Street.
Mr. Landry holds
the Bachelors in Pastoral Ministries from New Orleans Baptist Theological
Seminary/Levell College, the Masters of Arts in Education Social Ministries
from the Interdenominational Theological Center/Morehouse School of Religion in
Atlanta and is a doctoral candidate for the Doctor of Ministry from Houston
Graduate School of Theology and the Ph.D. in Public Policy & Administration
Economic Development from Walden University in Minneapolis.
He brings more than 20 years of academic and
professional experiences in childhood education, technical and junior college
administration recruitment and Not-for-profit and Faith-Based administration
management systems, and community development. He has served as Executive
Director/ Community Development Lending with the Jefferson Community Housing
Development Foundation, Inc., Algiers Savings & Loan/Jefferson Insurance
& Community Lending; Executive Director Community Development Officer for
the American Education & Foundation, Inc., and Director of Community
Development at the ACU of Texas Credit Union/Keystone Community Development
Corp.
His civic and
professional affiliation include Arnold Swatzanagger Lights on After school,
International Mentoring Association, National Association for Education of
Young Children (NAEYC), Agenda for Children Child Advocacy, Childcare Resource,
HBCU Regional Summit on Retention Steering Committee, Neighbor-Works America
Housing Counseling Financial Literacy, Houston-Galveston Area Local Development Corporation Corporate,
